Coach Heard leads athletics at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arkansas, bringing years of coaching experience and a deep commitment to young people. He holds a Bachelor's in Public Administration from Arkansas Baptist College and a Master's in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University, and he currently serves as Head Varsity Basketball Coach at eStem Public Charter School.

    Coaching runs deep for him, but what matters most is our Club kids.

"My vision for the BGCCA athletics program is to build something our kids, families, and community can truly be proud of. Athletics gives us an opportunity to teach young people discipline, character, teamwork, and accountability — what it means to represent something bigger than themselves. I'm excited to create a competitive, positive, and structured environment where our kids can grow both as athletes and as young people."

    With Coach Heard on the sidelines, our athletes get more than practice time. They get a coach who's invested in who they're becoming on and off the court.
